Mission

KLIXAR's mission is to provide flexible clinical research services to the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices industries for the development of new drugs throughout Latin America. Our dedicated and experienced professionals deliver timely, accurate data at high quality standards, keeping at the same time low costs for our clients. It is KLIXAR's aim to establish boundaryless communication channels. Our employees are very important to us and the organization is committed for their well being.

Values

CommunicationCommunication requires that all parties understand a common language that is exchanged with each other. Exchange requires feedback and we constantly give and request for feedback, from our customers and work force.	Team workEffective teams are an intermediary goal towards getting effective, sustainable results. We listen to other people's ideas, ask questions, interact, and discuss the objectives of the team. All members of the team are encouraged to treat each other with respect and participate in the team.
HonestyHonesty is the human quality of communicating and acting truthfully related to truth as a value. This includes listening as well as speaking. We strive to convey our feelings honestly, so that these could help us coordinate for long term gain for all. This generates self-honesty and keeps such activities as business calm, unsurprising, and aboveboard. Rather than pursuing our own interests we do what is right and moral - based on reciprocity.	QualityThe quality can be defined based on two dimensions: "must-be quality" and "attractive quality" (1). The former is near to the "fitness for use" and the latter is what the customer would love, but has not yet thought about. ProfessionalismThe people that comprise KLIXAR possess a large body of knowledge derived from extensive academic study. The work done by its members is up to standard. The professionals within the organization demonstrate flexibility with their ability to adapt to the environment or troubleshoot while in the field.
